A venue for large events by the water. A big top of 3,400 square metres and around seven hectares of land to build on, next to an 18th-century castle.

The tent gives you the space. The land around it is for the rest. The castle next door sets the scene.
The tent
A classic circus-style big top, 80 by 42.5 metres, with open sides. Planned for up to around 3,000 standing guests.
The land
Around seven hectares by the water, with room for a stage, a food street, entrances and parking. Motorhome pitches, a service building and kayak rental are already on site.
The castle
An 18th-century castle with a park and beech woods right next to the site. The castle and the park cannot be booked yet, but they give the place its character.
Fly over the site, walk in from the car park or stand on the stage. The model is a sketch of the plan, not a drawing.

A site with a finished area plan to start from. We walk you through the plan and the 3D model, and you build the experience.
Corporate parties
A kick-off, an anniversary or a summer party for the whole company, under cover if the weather turns and with the castle next door.
Festivals and concerts
A stage at the end of the tent, a food street from the entrance and parking on the fields next door. You bring the artists.

Where things stand
The tent is planned for the 2027 season and requires building permission and other permits. We are working on the applications now, and dates are confirmed once the permits are in place. Get in touch now and we will plan it together.
